I was referred to Alex at Nova Buildcon by a friend who had a great experience with his company on a deck project, and I’m so glad I reached out. From the very beginning, Alex was professional, responsive, and full of great ideas. He quickly scheduled a walk-through, offered multiple design options, and made sure I was comfortable with the plan before starting. Alex and his team tore down my old, rotting deck and replaced it with a beautiful new one using Trex materials. He went the extra mile by treating the joists with waterproof tape to extend the deck’s life, and he designed and installed cedar posts with aircraft cable horizontal balusters that look incredible. He also built a stunning grilling area with a cedar pavilion and metal roof, which has completely transformed my outdoor space. The team didn’t just stop there—they also poured a concrete pad for a hot tub and added additional concrete work under the deck to improve drainage. Everything was completed with care and attention to detail. Alex was on-site constantly, checked in with me throughout the process, and regularly sent progress photos and design updates.
